BalauDeck ("the App") is an SSH, SFTP, SSH-tunnel and MySQL/MariaDB client published by OKDII SOLUTIONS. It is a tool you point at your own servers. This policy explains what the App does with your data.
None. BalauDeck has no backend and no account. We do not collect, transmit, store, sell, or share any personal data. There is no analytics, tracking, advertising, or telemetry.
Connection profiles (host, port, user, folders, saved queries) are stored locally in the App's private storage. Secrets — passwords, private keys, passphrases — are stored in your device's secure keychain (Apple Keychain on iOS/macOS; the equivalent secure store on other platforms). Biometrics (Face ID / Touch ID) are used only locally, by the operating system, to unlock the App; BalauDeck never sees your biometric data.
The App connects only to the servers you configure (SSH/SFTP hosts, database servers, tunnel endpoints). That traffic goes directly from your device to your servers — never through us. We operate no servers that receive your data.
The optional "Sync connections" feature produces an encrypted backup file (AES-256-GCM, protected by a passphrase you choose). You control that file entirely — it is shared only where and when you choose to move it.
We do not sell, share, or transmit your data to any third party. The App contains no third-party SDKs.
BalauDeck is a developer/administration tool and is not directed at children.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this URL.
